Sandbag "Grace" – 30 clean and jerks
Row 800m
…for time.
On an 11k run yesterday (first time over 7k ever,) the thought that recurred to me was this: there's no limit to knowledge. Sounds simple, until you process the fact that you can learn a new fact – or a detail about a fact – every second until you die, and still never scratch the surface.
Yesterday, a friend commented that she like a type of car because it had "a lot of what you need, and not much of what you don't." Let that be your guide today: get a lot of what you need, and not much of what you don't.
What you need:
Education.
Protein.
Vegetables.
Healthy fats.
Humility.
Exercise to tie it all together.
What you don't:
Sugar.
Refined carbs.
Routine.
