With a single kettlebell:
21 Turkish get-ups, right arm
50 swings
21 overhead squats, left arm
50 swings
21 overhead squats, right arm
50 swings
21 Turkish get-ups, left arm
Today’s workout aims to get you loose and feeling good. It’s completely aerobic; there probably won’t be a point at which you can’t do another rep. Even in the 50 swings, localized muscle fatigue in the major movers is unlikely; use this to flush out some training fatigue. Flow through it; the Turkish Get-ups aren’t to be done for speed. Great conditioning.
