WHY?Starting with a heavy clean and jerk is going to spike the heart rate making burpees and T2B that much harder. Sprint each round while paying attention to your technique on the lifts. Scale the T2B if you are taking longer than 10 sec rest. Keep the heart rate high and test your recovery during the rests.
