“Murph”
For time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
Break the pullups, pushups and squats into any denomination you like, and power through.
Scale to 50% run distance and 50% reps.
Varsity athletes are welcome to do “Murph” at 9am with the main group, or 11am with their own. Parents of Varsity athletes may participate with them at either.
