Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Men use 155 lb.
Women use 105 lb.
The purpose of this workout is all-out effort in an anaerobic state (beyond the level at which you can metabolize energy with ‘comfortable’ breathing.) Choose a level of scaling that will allow nonstop movement. You shouldn’t have to stop and think between exercises or contemplate a bar that’s too heavy.
