Today's Workout: Get Out

Easter is for Exploration.
As we peel away the snow like a used-up skin, and reveal the world again, it’s time to get outside. The family gatherings and food are great, and you should celebrate your abundance in both while you can. But don’t be trapped indoors.
Instead, use the influence you have. Pull them out in the rain. Inflate your bicycle tires, throw them a ball or walk in the puddles. Hide your chocolate eggs over a 5k course. Best yet: teach them to squat.
Show, don’t tell. Share the chocolate AND its solution. Spread the fitness. Keep them out of the tomb.
