Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
6 ring dips
1 rope climb
6 DB cleans
WHY: This is a very strength oriented workout with 1 high level skill. Ring dips will tax the shoulders in the first round making it harder to hang on for the rope climb. Following the rope climb with DB cleans will only further fatigue the body and cause muscle fibre break down. Depending on your bodies efficiency at moving waste out of the body you could have lactic acid buildup and localized muscle fatigure early on, you my even have to take breaks.Pushing through this tough workout will make your body more efficient at moving waste the next time a similar workout comes up.
