In life, you don't get many second chances.

And so, I didn't see it coming: even after she "no-rep"ped one of her first Power Snatches. Even after she struggled to get double-unders (she's pretty darn good at them.) Even after she struggled to breathe in the second round, I didn't expect her to say, "See you Sunday!" before she even sat down after the first event. 

Competitors in the CrossFit Open have a 'last-chance' event at noon today. All or nothing. Cards on the table. No regrets, no bluffs. Do it for the first time; do it better than Thursday; get in bed and sleep with it for the rest of the week. Athletes will be judged in twos on a first-come, first-judged basis, starting at 12:10 sharp. Athlete's meeting to review movement standards at 12pm sharp. We'll be rolling with 1 heat every 15 minutes until we're out of ready athletes, and then stopping for the day. BE READY.
