Beginning today, Adrian will coach workouts from CrossFit Football on Sundays.
That means longer workouts with more strength emphasis. Typically, there are two strength movements – big ones, like squats and snatches and bench presses – and then a shorter, heavier METCON. Whit, Tyler, and Coop all like CF Football, and use it in their training.
Today:
Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3, then:
Complete 5 rounds of the following:
3 Clean Pulls
3 Power Cleans
3 Push Press
3 Push Jerks
3 Good Mornings
*Perform at 60%-70% of 3 RM Power Clean
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds
