We believe in building athletic kids. Make them fit and strong, then send them out to play. Build the foundations–speed, strength, balance, agility–before sport.
We also believe in a long-term progression. This model will allow students and coaches to identify areas of dominance and weakness. It will provide a model for testing and measurement as well as motivation.
Testing will take place monthly or by one-on-one appointment.
Students who progress through all 10 levels might be invited to participate in the older Varsity group.
