20 Sledgehammer Strikes – right arm

100m Farmers' Walk

3 rounds for time.

Hold the sledgehammer at the end, and twist with your core. The goal is not the strike, but the whip action from the trunk.

20 minutes of mobility.

Then: Snatch Practice.
