Happy Boxing Day! As is our tradition, we’ll have one class today at 10am, where we’ll do Murph as a gym family. This is a veterans-only event: if you’re looking to try CrossFit for the first time, we’ll welcome you warmly tomorrow!
“Murph”
For time:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 Mile
…for time.
Split the pull-ups, pushups and squats any way you like.
Want to do it with a partner? Here’s how that goes:
Run the mile together
Split 150 pull-ups any way you like
Split 400 pushups any way you like
Split 600 squats any way you like
Run the mile together
(or, if you’re scared, just share the original  100,200, 300 reps with a friend. It’s cool.)
Doors will open at 9:30am. This is our annual challenge; it’s the one day of the year when coaches participate with you. As such, we don’t lead a specific warmup or stretching.
