2 Blocks of Zone 2.
Wearing a weighted pack (45lbs, 25lbs or 10lbs), walk for 30 minutes in one direction; turn around and walk 30 minutes back. Keep a brisk pace but don’t run. You should be able to maintain conversation. If you have a heart rate monitor, wear it and stay under 70% of your max heart rate.
